Welcome to RealThreads.com online consignment shop! We are happy to have you as a consignor and hope to have a mutually satisfying relationship.

Please read these Terms and Conditions Carefully as they will function as our agreement for you to consign on our website and govern your use of our website.

• RealThreads LLC may be referred to as RealThreads, we, us, or our and the consignor may be referred to as consignor, user, you or your.
• By creating a user account you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions of Service and will abide by the terms and conditions.
• We sell recycled (used) items and some new items. Once you create a User ID and Password, you can give us your items to be consigned. You agree that we decide the sales price of each item and can sell it without further notice to you.
• Once you make an ID and password and we list your items, you will be able to pull up your account and see which items are listed or sold. If you have bought any items on RealTreads, you will see that as well under your buyers account.
• Any items that you gave us that are not listed under your name, did not meet our standards or have expired and will become the propery of RealThreads and/or be donated to a local charity. You agree to hold us harmless in this event.
• In the event that any of your items are damaged or lost by us you agree to accept 40% of our determined market value of the item. This is considered as paid in full and there shall be no further recourse.
• You or us may terminate this agreement and we will return your merchandise provided it has not been sold, listed or donated.
• We will list the items for a minimum of 365 days at which time the items will be considered ours and may be donated if we can not contact you or you do not pick up your items within 30 days of that period. This period will only start once an item has been listed.
• If an item sells, you will be paid 40% of the sales price for which it sold. This payment will be made approximately 30 days after the 14 day return period. The exception to this rule will be any items that were presales to the website opening which will be paid approximately 30 days after their listing or the website opens.
• We acknowledge that our users expect privacy. We will not distrubute any consignors information to third parties.
• We may communitcate with you via phone, email or text message and use your phone number, email or address for our purposes related to consignments. We may also use cookies to monitor your activities on our website. If you wish to be excluded from receiving any marketing, please call, text or email us.
• Califormia residents are protected by California Consumer Privacy Act privacy policy (CCPA Privacy Policy)
• You agree to use our Services at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied. RealThreads, officers, affiliates, employees, partners, agents, etc. will not be liable or held responsible for any issues arising out of your use of our website.
• You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have title to each item you consign and have full right to sell that property.
• We reserve the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of RealThreads service, after any such change, shall constitute your consent to such changes.
• You can review the most current versions of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page which is located at the bottom of each page. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
• You agree that our name, RealThreads, and our website are our sole property and may not be used by you without prior written approval. you agree we will not be liable for any viruses encountered by using our website.
• You agree we may use your consigned items in any advertising, or other ways we deem, to our advantage to include pictures and descriptions,
• This agreement will remain in effect until you or we terminate our agreement. There after if any disagreement should arise you agree to arbitration to resolve such issue should it be necessary.
• In the case of a dispute between you and RealThreads, you agree to arbitration and to abide by the arbitrators decision. You will have no further recourse against us, RealThreads LLC
